Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In the event of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by emailing us [email protected] with an attachment of the damage/issue on the product along with a clear description of the problem.
Our friendly representatives will complete your request typically in 24 hours or less (Monday thru Friday) in the form of a return, replacement, or store credit to your account.
All colours and graphics printed on any of our products may vary slightly due to colour differentiation which can occur during the printing process.
Return Shipping Cost
The Shoe Guys will cover return shipping cost or store credits only in cases that the items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by our representatives as to be defective. In any other case we are not able to refund the return shipping cost. Please contact our customer service for the best solution to any issue.
